JWC SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Journey with Confidence, LLC (JWC) and thank you for choosing my program to help you navigate your journey through recurrent pregnancy loss and/or implantation failure. I understand that this is a very emotional and draining experience and hope this program helps you find clarity and confidence as you plan your next steps. This section contains important information about the services I provide and my business policies. I hope that it addresses some of your questions and helps inform you as to what you can expect moving forward. Your enrollment and participation in this program indicates your understanding of the information contained herein, as well as your agreement to comply with the policies and procedures presented. 

PROGRAM DISCLAIMER

Megan Cameron and JWC (herein referred to as “I” or “JWC”), is not a medical physician and cannot make any diagnoses or prescribe any medications. Megan Cameron/JWC cannot guarantee any specific results with the use of this program. This program DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Participant understands that the content provided in this program, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, videos, recordings, and other material contained in this program are for informational purposes only. No material in this program is intended to replace professional medical care, advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The intent of this program is to provide valuable information to help create impactful conversations with your medical team. Please discuss any concerns, ideas, or changes to your protocol with your medical team and always seek the advice from your physician or other qualified health care professional regarding any questions you have about your healthcare and fertility.

MENTORING SERVICE FEES

If after completing the course, you still feel like you could use the help of a mentor to help walk with you side by side through the journey of advocating, the following investment packages are offered as an upgrade. Note that if successful conception occurs while we are working together, I am pleased to continue pregnancy support for the duration of the package (advocating for yourself and your baby is an important part of a successful pregnancy!). There are no refunds on unused portions of the packages.

JWC reserves the right to modify the fee schedule at any time. However, once you have paid for a package, the fee for that package will not change for the duration of that package. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

This program is strictly for educational purposes ONLY. Participant accepts and agrees that Participant is fully responsible for advocating for themselves and making decisions in their medical care alongside and under the care of their professional medical team. JWC makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing. Participant understands that every participant situation is unique and outcomes will vary. JWC encourages each participant to be an active part of their medical and fertility journey in order to work more effectively with their doctors and medical team.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Materials provided by JWC with JWC logo/name on it are copyrighted and original materials provided to Participant are for Participant’s individual use only. Participant is not authorized to use any of JWC’s intellectual property for business purposes or otherwise. All intellectual property, including JWC’s copyrighted materials, shall remain the sole property of JWC. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied.

INDEMNIFICATION

Participant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JWC, JWC’s officers, employers, employees, contractors, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever - including without limitation, claims, damages, judgements, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements - which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the product(s) or service(s), excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by JWC, or any of its shareholders, trustees, affiliates or successors. Participant shall defend JWC in any legal actions, regulatory actions, or the like, arising from or related to this Agreement. Participant recognizes and agrees that all of JWC’s shareholders, trustees, affiliates and successors shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of JWC. In consideration of and as part of my payment for the right to participate in JWC’s services or programs, the participant, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, hold harmless and forever discharge JWC and its subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in a equity arising from my participation in JWC services. 

AGREEMENT

By enrolling and participating in this JWC program, Participant agrees that they have reviewed the aforementioned information and understand it as written. Participant agrees to abide by the contract and terms herein.
